I did my first deadlifts today! It went something like this:
Set 1: Wow, this feels great! What an easy movement, I can’t believe I’ve been putting it off for so long, this is a piece of cake!
Set 2: This really ugh.. works.. your lower body well… this is.. good… I think…
Set 3: MY LEGS!!!! I CAN’T FEEL MY LEGS!!!!!!
I can’t wait to go do them again!
