Dear mind,

I understand that after a 14 hour work&study-day, you need a little pick me up. You worked hard, and if that puts you slightly over your allotted calories, don’t worry about it. But if you come home at 22:30, maybe it’d be wise not to eat a handful of fast-carb candies right before you turn in at 23?

I was up three hours tossing and turning. Not cool.
Please, next time have some nuts or cheese, of a cup of tea.

    That was me last night. Weirdly, after a night of beer and chinese food, I for some reason wanted chocolate milk. Needless to say, stomach is feeling a little funny today.
