Weight: 70,9

Easy day, yesterday. Woke up hungry this morning. Now, i don’t mind hunger, but i know it increases the likelyhood for a binge. We’ll just have to see how it goes. This morning i scarfed down an oatbar, this afternoon it’ll be the saladbar at our cafetaria. Tonight it’s the boyfriends night to cook so it’s russian roulette there, but if i go easy on the carbs it should be fine.

I’ve fallen off the wagon when it comes to my “5 exercises on non-workout day”. I did them just to keep the blood pumping a bit. I even had a nice reservoir of exercises i could do at work. I’ve been lazy about them, but also I’ve been working harder in the gym and it never seems a good idea to exercise when you’re muscles are still noticeably recovering.

I’ll try to do them today. Woot!
