Let’s give this foodlogging a go. Generally my thoughts keep running around in my head until i write them down, and it’d be good to think about food and fitness a little less right now. Halloween was great fun and disastrous on every good intention. The only redeeming act was dragging myself out of bed the morning after to go to the gym and squat the morning away.
When i got home, i found out that amidst all the Halloween preperations I forgot to stock the house with protein sources. Dammit! Fortunately we went to eat out on saturday and i ordered some clean tapas with tuna and fish and vegetables (and managed to stay out of trouble the rest of the evening). Now it’s sunday and i’ve just found a can of tuna in the cupboard. Wow, it’s not often that i’m relieved to see a can of tuna.
The rest of the food day will be spent polishing off the huge pan of pumpkin soup (w/o cream..) and making & freezing oatbars for my weekday breakfasts.
So yes, a sinful halloween folowed by weekend of good intentions. Could be worse.
